At one point, this building stood alongside two other nearly identical hangars, both of which have been destroyed. Airplane Hangar

Architectural History

The structure is made from prefabricated wood frame and truss building components. A asphalt shingled dome roof covers the building and shed dormers.

Cultural History

This hangar housed small private and commercial aircraft and was administered by Trans North Air. On January 18th, 1999 the hanger was destroyed by fire, the temperature that morning -20°.
